The use of the site constitutes presumption that the user has read and accepted these terms. If the user does not agree with any term, should not make use of the website content.

Similarly, TRUST SA does not guarantee that the website or any other related site or link to other sites (“links”) or comparable servers (“servers”), not carry “viruses” or other harmful materials.
In no case shall TRUST SA not be responsible for consequential and indirect losses and her liability to the user of the website is limited to proven compensatory damages, which, regarding the customers of the services, is limited to an upper limit on the remuneration of TRUST SA from the transaction with the customer.
